If it's the torrent's name then it's always been that way. Third, the downloads have always created subfolders when there are multiple files in them. If you didn't then you need to because your labels will be pointless (no folders.) If you DON'T WANT A FOLDER WITH THE LABEL'S NAME then you can also use the WebUI to turn that option off (under the Directories preferences.) This feature no longer exsists in 3.4.x so we have to use WebUI to enable it. Second, I'm assuming you either imported your old settings, or used the WebUI to implement the feature to create folders using the torrent's Label.
